Carpelo Jeoboam - Principal Architect

Mr. Jeoboam has amassed a diverse background of experience during his previous tenure at several prominent architectural firms and now provides leadership and direction in all phases of a project including programming to construction administration.  Mr. Jeoboam is very familiar with all applicable building code requirements and provides valuable insight during the construction documentation phase for the successful permitting of a project.  Mr. Jeoboam is NCARB certified and is a licensed Architect who currently holds registration in the State of Florida and North Carolina.

• Minor in Business Administration, University of Florida
• Bachelor of Architecture, Florida Atlantic University

Brett Hertzler - Principal Designer

Mr. Hertzler has built an extensive body of work in all aspects of building design working with many prominent architectural firms over the past decade and now acts as creative lead producing innovative design that responds to the changing environment and addresses the goal of achieving sustainability.  Mr. Hertzler also provides oversight of the project from initial concept design through construction administration, ensuring that the integrity of the design is not compromised. Mr. Hertzler is currently working on the ARE.
